The Castle Café is recruiting a Team Leader!!!

Are you:
 * Able to lead a team and exemplify high standards of customer service
 * Friendly and approachable with at least 2 years experience in a busy café/restaurant
 * Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and foresee obstacles
 * Proactive and able to support the day-to-day operation of the Café
 * A highly organised individual with strong planning skills
 * Excellent in both verbal and written communication
 * Able to ensure healthy & safety regulations are monitored and maintained
 * Passionate about Sustainable and Healthy eating

Other Duties will include: preparing drinks & food; providing friendly service for our customers; cleaning & preparing the café for service; dealing with customer enquiries & cash-handling
