Only annual and six-month memberships can be frozen.

Annual Memberships:

• Plan must be active for 1 month before the initial freeze
• Must be frozen for a minimum of 1 month
• Plan can be frozen for a total of 3 months
• Plan will be automatically unfrozen after maximum freeze term (3 months)

Six Month Memberships:

• Plan must be active for 1 month before the initial freeze
• Must be frozen for a minimum of 1 month
• Plan can be frozen for a total of 2 months
• Plan will be automatically unfrozen after maximum freeze term (2 months)

We are the only climbing centre in London to offer outdoor bouldering in our garden. However, if you want to climb on real rock, we can whole-heartedly recommend checking out Climb Catalunya & Mountain Magic.

In a word, no.

While we do recommend it, it is not obligatory for an adult to do a course before visiting the centre. An adult without any previous climbing experience will only be permitted to use the bouldering facilities.

Any person under the age of 16 must be supervised by a qualified adult. 
Exceptions are ONLY made for under 16s that have completed an in-depth assessment to prove their competancy.

Courses:
All courses must be booked in advance.

Casual climbing:
If you have never been to the Castle before, you will need to check in at reception before you can climb. However, you can complete the required forms online to save time.

If you are already registered to climb at the Castle we recommend booking your visits via our registered climber's zone. This will mean you can skip the queue and scan yourself into the centre via the automated gates using your personal barcode (found in the registered climber's zone).
