It's a personal mission of mine to help improve the accessibility of climbing! I can help meet both physical and mental additional needs by adjusting the environment and tuition techniques that I use, so you can have a safe, fun, climbing experience.

Course outcome

These sessions are totally tailored to fit your individual needs. This could be a one off session, but we often find that our inclusive climbers get so much from climbing that they choose to return regularly and build up a relationship with their instructor over time.

Climbing helps develop problem solving skills, spatial awareness, physical strength and fine motor skills, as well as building confidence in yourself and around others.
