One of the things I enjoy most about this course is watching clients have their ‘aha’ moment when they really start to feel and understand the principals of good climbing movement, setting themselves up to progress they’re climbing in their own time.

You’ll learn about bases of support, hand placements, footwork, and balance. Your instructor will also introduce you to climbing techniques such as rock overs, laybacks, and bridging. Although this course will be taught on the bouldering walls, the same climbing techniques are used in top roping, leading and outdoor climbing.
